| May 29, 2009 | | Positive grass roots plan to develop meaningful business to business relationships. | Today I attended the first meeting of a new networking group for Eagle Valley Professionals. I believe the organizers, Tina DeWitt, Jeremy Lepore, and Alison Hubbard have a great collective vision and plan for this effort.
The group's mission statement:
To create an organization that develops stronger relationships for the greater good of the business community.
It seems the goal of this networking group is to promote networking that is less social related, more business related, and do so without the overheads or dues that similar organizations have required in the past. I think that's a great plan, and I can't wait for the next event.
